One of my very first anime cels and STILL one of my best... ^_^
This is the only cel I've ever come across of a senshi holding Eudial's gun, and I've only seen one other from this scene, where she decides to kill herself after Neptune loses her heart crystal.
Came with a 2-layer cel (the top layer is just an outline layer to cover up the minor fading on the actual cel) and a matching unstuck douga sketch
