I believe this might be an opening sequence cel, but I'll have to double-check. ^^;
Anyhow, she's probably one of the most gorgeously painted cels I own! You can't tell it from the cruddy scan, but the background I have her against is actually a BRIGHT blue piece of metallic paper, which makes her wild hair and shirt colors stand out FANTASTIC!
Kawaii Nuku came with a beautiful matching douga!
