A gorgous hanken design of the 3 initial Homunculii to show up in the series! I'm not sure why, but it also includes a couple screecaps from the "Lab 5" episodes-- one of Scar attacking and one of Ed withdrawing his arm-blade during his fight with the Slicer!
(It's pretty amazing to see some of the notations on the cover sheet too!)
