I got this snazzy-posed sketch in a set of "FullMetal Alchemist" sketches, so it might be Izumi. What makes me curious, though, is that the sketch is done on Studio Pierrot layout paper. O.o Plus, the ponytail looks too low --and too fluffy-- to be Izumi.
Could it be Lirin from "Saiyuki"?
