A randomish cel that I got as a bonus with my Bleach "MORE Senseless Violence XD" order of a fun little elderly man, apparently in the middle of a meal, based on what looks like a napkin tucked into the collar of his shirt. XD
It's a really gorgeous 2-layered cel, actually-- It looks like it's from an anime from the "Lupin Era" (as I call it), judging by the art style. However, it has no line fading at all, so it may just as well be from a recent series.
