A lovely sketch and background set of some members of Squad 4!
In the foreground, you can see Captain Retsu Unohana & Lieutenant/Vice-captain Isane Kotetsu examining an unconscious patient (posessed by one of Mabashi's dolls), 3rd seat Iemura Yasochika is on the far left, and a couple of unnamed shinigami on the other side of the table. ^^
