A cute cel of a weather forecast map. ^^ There's also an accompanying sketch of a weatherman (shown below)
As for the cel set itself, it's a beautiful handpainted background and 2 book cels-- The high & low pressure symbols and isobars are on the front cel and the latitude/longitude lines are on the back cel layer. ^_^
I suppose a lot of people would be more interested in cels of the actual characters, but I've never watched a full episode of CCS.
What drew me to this cel though, was because I'm a meteorology major. XD
It'll look lovely framed, if I ever get an office. ^___^
