This nice layout of Izuru (or Iduru, or Kira, or whatever you prefer) is from episode 26, when Ichigo & company first pierce through the Seiretei "bubble". At this point, Izuru and his subordinates are eyeing a cat that's flying toward them (Yoruichi XD).
